Indieshop offers to its customers the option of Cash On Delivery (C.O.D). Indieshop reserves its discretion of denying the C.O.D facility to anyone with fake orders/ information/ address.

Steps For C.O.D Order

  • Step 1

    You place an order at www.indieshop.in with the payment option as Cash On Delivery.

  • Step 2

    Our Customer Care executive will call you for Order Confirmation and Address Verification from our official number- 8851986661.

  • Step 3

    Once your order is verified, we will ask you to make a nominal payment of Rs. 49 to ensure the genuineness of the order.

  • Step 4

    After you have made the order verification payment of Rs. 49, your order will be shipped with priority courier. You can pay the rest amount on delivery.

C.O.D Order Verification

After you have placed your order with Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) option, one of our Customer Care Executive will call you for Order confirmation and Address Verification. For Order confirmation, you have to pay a nominal amount of Rs. 49 only. This payment ensures that the order is genuine and the customer is trustworthy. Proper Address / Contact Number

Please provide a valid and correct address with any landmark near you when you place an order with C.O.D. Enter all the necessary details along with correct/ working mobile number. If our team is unable to contact you for order confirmation, then we will not dispatch your order. Your order will be treated as cancelled.

With C.O.D payment facility, you have the option to make the payment at the time of delivery to the delivery executive with a choice of your payment method.

Why Rs. 49 is charged for Order Confirmation?

To avoid fake orders and cancellations at the time of delivery , we charge Rs.49 as advance amount for order confirmation.

What happens if I cancel my C.O.D order at the time of delivery?

 If you cancel the C.O.D order at the time of delivery, please note the advance you paid is non-refundable and non-adjustable. This is because, we have already paid to the courier partner to send the product to you. In fact, when you cancel the C.O.D order, we bear losses as we have to again pay the return charges to the courier partner to bring back the cancelled order.

Is there any payment option better than C.O.D?

Yes, we have all kinds of payment methods which works better for you, such as UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, and many more. In fact, when you make online payment using UPI or any other app then you can avail a discount of up to 20%.
