Even though we try to ship your order the same day of order because we're super excited about it, sometimes your order may take up to 48 Hours  of time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a confirmation message including your tracking information.

We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Usually it takes 3-7 business days. Estimated Delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.

Raise a return request by emailing us at support@indieshop.in and we'll do our best to make it as smooth as butter for you. 

No worries, we'll make things right. Please send us a video/photo of the issue and we'll escalate it to our fulfillment staff to find a potential solution as soon as possible.

Indieshop offers you multiple payment methods. You may use Internet Banking, Gift Cards, Cash on Delivery and other Wallets to make your purchase. Indieshop also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India. Whatever be the mode of payment, you can be rest assured that Indieshop's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Indieshop. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges are always Free, No minimums. COD is chargeable as per the shipping policy.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. It is available for most pin codes. With COD you can pay in cash when the order arrives at your destination. COD is chargeable in accordance to our shipping policy.

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go.

In order to get your products out to you as soon as possible we cannot accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at support@indieshop.in.
