Order Delivery Process Flow

  • Step 1

    Customer places an order at www.indieshop.in

  • Step 2

    We call the customer and confirm the address in 1 Day. This Order processing takes 1 Day time.

  • Step 3

    In Day 2, we schedule the order for pickup with our courier partners.

  • Step 4

    You receive the order in Day 3-5. The delivery executive will call and confirm your availability and then attempt the delivery.

Why my order is taking so long to deliver?

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, some orders might get delayed. This happens in rare scenarios. In such instances, we request you to follow up with the courier company directly.

My order is in transit, still can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel the order once it is confirmed and verified.

What payment methods are available at the time of delivery?

You can pay with Cash, UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, and many more.

Can I refuse to accept the order?

Yes, you may refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery. However, you have to bear the costs of delivery in such cases.
