Steps To Claim Warranty

Step 1
Please make sure that the product is actually defective. You can consult product manuals or you can call/ email us at our official contact details.

Step 2
Email us with the relevant proof of the defect with accompanying photos and/or videos. In the photos/videos, product defects must be clearly visible. Don't forget to mention Order number.

Step 3
Once our technicians confirm the defect, you can ship us the product at the service center address provided to you on email. You have to arrange and bear the shipping costs.

Step 4
We will do either one of these:
- repair the product
- replace the product
- refund the product amount
This will be done at our own discretion and will be final.
Warranty Scenarios
Don't have receipt
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an assurance without valid proof of purchase.
Damage caused by mishandling
If damage to the product was caused by mishandling or by third party, then you cannot claim warranty. However, our technicians will suggest you the best possible solution in any of the scenarios.
How to claim the warranty?
If your product is defective, please send us the proof of your purchase (receipt) at support@indieshop.in. Describe the defects in detail with photo/ video proofs.
Duration of the warranty
The duration of warranty varies from product to product. Typical duration of product warranty ranges from 1 Month to 1 Year of period.
Damage to third party
We are not responsible for damage to third party products/persons.
Outcome of warranty claim
Once a warranty claim has been submitted to us, our technicians will verify the defects claimed by you. We will repair or replace the defective product. In some circumstances, we may issue a complete refund of your product amount.
No defect in product
If our technicians find no defect in the product then you have to bear the return shipping charges.
Where to send the damaged product
You have to send the damaged product to our/ brand's service center. We will inform the location of the service center on email. You have to arrange for the shipping of the product to the service center at your own expense.
